Precision tune up includes:

• Clean debris from condenser
• Add up to 1lb of Freon
• Monitor refrigerant pressure
• Check run capacitors
• Test starting capabilities
• Test safety controls
• Clean air filters (where applicable)
• Inspect blower components
• Check condensate safety switch
• Tighten electrical connections
• Measure volts/amps on motor
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Adjust thermostat calibration
• Rinse evaporator coil in place if accessible
• Clean condenser coil in place
• Clean condensate drains
• Measure temperature difference
